Why we exist

MySeema is named after our founder's mother, Seema. We built it after our family lived what it takes to get one person through a serious illness. Our rule is simple: if the patient needs it, we do it. We don't stop where the billing code stops. Every patient is treated as if they were our mother or father.

What we run

We operate the full breadth of Medicare care-management programs for our partners: CCM, TCM, PCM, APCM, RPM, BHI, CHI, PIN, and more. The programs are how the work gets funded. End-to-end navigation is what your patients receive: rides, refills, equipment, prior authorizations, insurance and billing questions, and a person who checks in between visits and catches problems while they're still small.
