Treatment is clinical. Getting through it takes more.

MySeema helps oncology practices, provider networks, and healthcare companies coordinate appointments, records, refill requests, transportation, and family updates around cancer care. We work within the workflows and clinical protocols agreed with participating care teams.

Keep practical arrangements moving around cancer care.

Before the next appointment

Request records, coordinate referrals and appointments, and help arrange transport and questions before the visit.

Between treatment visits

Follow up with offices on appointments, refill requests, and insurance paperwork. Prescribers authorize medication; clinical questions go to your oncology team through its agreed contact pathway.

As the care plan changes

Help update appointments and practical arrangements when the care plan changes, and coordinate with primary care and other specialists.

Around the appointment

Practical tasks stay with MySeema. Clinical decisions stay with your team.

Rural oncology pathways

When specialist care is miles away.

For patients traveling outside their community for cancer care, we help coordinate requested records, appointments, travel arrangements, and next steps with the local practice and oncology team.

Where Principal Illness Navigation fits.

Principal Illness Navigation (PIN) supports qualifying patients with serious, high-risk conditions. It can include understanding the care plan, coordinating appointments and services, and addressing barriers to care.

PIN is one part of a broader navigation model. The billing practitioner, initiating visit, patient consent, trained personnel, supervision, and documentation must meet the applicable requirements. We agree which navigation work MySeema provides and which responsibilities stay with your oncology team; the service is not automatically billable for every patient.

Questions from oncology teams

Can you support a company’s oncology division or practice network?

Yes. A partnership can focus on participating oncology practices, a defined care-management program, or a patient population. We agree which navigation tasks MySeema handles, which care teams make clinical decisions, and how information and follow-up move between the organizations.

Can we partner with MySeema from another state?

Yes. MySeema welcomes partnerships with healthcare companies, health systems, ACOs, provider networks, physician practices, and clinics in all 50 U.S. states. We agree the patient population, services, and workflows with each organization.

Do your navigators make treatment recommendations?

Treatment recommendations stay with the appropriate licensed clinicians. MySeema supports understanding, coordination, documentation, and escalation under the agreed clinical protocols.

Can MySeema work with our existing navigators?

Yes. The partnership scope can complement an established oncology navigation team. We agree on the patient population, responsibilities, and handoffs rather than assuming what your team needs.

Is this only for patients eligible for PIN?

No. MySeema’s broader navigation model can support needs outside a specific program. Program eligibility and the funding arrangement are established separately.

Can family members be involved?

The patient’s preferences and appropriate permissions guide which family members receive updates or participate in coordination.
