Website use and service agreements
These terms govern use of the website operated under the MySeema name by MySeema. The site provides general information and ways to contact us. It is intended for adult visitors and authorized representatives. Browsing, sending an inquiry, or receiving a reply does not enroll anyone, authorize a charge, or create a physician-patient relationship with MySeema.
Organizational services are governed by the signed service agreement and applicable business associate agreement. Direct-family services are described in our Membership & Visit Terms and the enrollment confirmation you accept. A website update does not replace an existing signed agreement or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Navigation and medical decisions
MySeema provides care navigation, coordination, and care-management support. We help organize appointments, communications, records, and follow-through. Our navigation service does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medicines, or decide or change medical treatment. Those decisions belong to your treating physicians and other appropriately licensed treating clinicians.
Care-management support may include outreach, education about a clinician’s existing instructions, documentation, scheduling, and routing concerns to the appropriate care team. We do not independently interpret a result to diagnose you, authorize prescriptions, or tell you to start, stop, or change treatment. Questions about symptoms, results, medicines, or treatment must be directed to the treating clinician.
In provider-sponsored programs, agreed clinical review and escalation processes may involve licensed nurses. Licensed professionals remain responsible for acting within their legal scope and duties. Nothing in these terms transfers MySeema’s own coordination, privacy, or other applicable responsibilities to a physician.
Urgent needs and emergencies
In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not wait for a MySeema response. The website, email, and family messaging service are not an emergency service, continuous monitoring service, or 24-hour medical advice line. Contact your treating clinician or their after-hours service for urgent medical concerns.
What coordination can and cannot assure
We help pursue the agreed next steps, but providers, pharmacies, insurers, transportation companies, and other independent organizations control their own decisions and availability. Coordination does not guarantee an appointment date, referral acceptance, prescription approval, insurance coverage, payment, reimbursement, or a particular health or financial outcome. This does not excuse the coordination work MySeema agrees to perform.
Notes, reminders, and summaries support communication. They are not a complete medical record or a replacement for the treating clinician’s instructions. Tell us promptly if an update appears inaccurate; confirm medical instructions with the clinician before acting on an unclear or conflicting summary.
Lawful use and intellectual property
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate another person, submit information without authority, upload malicious material, seek unauthorized access, or disrupt the site. Security testing requires prior authorization.
MySeema and its licensors retain rights in the site’s branding, text, images, and other materials. You may view the site and share links for ordinary informational purposes. Commercial reuse, republication, or use of our branding requires permission unless otherwise allowed by law.
Stories, research, and external resources
Member stories and testimonials describe particular experiences. They do not establish an average result or guarantee the result of your service. Published research from other providers is identified separately from MySeema’s own experience. Illustrative images and workflow examples are not actual patient records, staff portraits, or measured outcomes unless specifically identified as such.
External websites control their own content, availability, and privacy practices. A link does not establish that MySeema endorses every statement or service on that site.
Website availability and limits
We work to keep website information useful and accurate, but it may contain errors, become outdated, or be unavailable. Subject to applicable law, the website and its general informational content are provided as available, without a warranty of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, MySeema excludes liability for indirect or consequential economic losses arising solely from use of this informational website. This provision does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable liability for personal injury, fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or statutory privacy and consumer rights. It is not a waiver of duties arising from services actually provided and does not replace liability provisions in an accepted service agreement.
Applicable law, changes, and questions
Texas law governs these website terms to the extent permitted by law, without displacing mandatory protections applicable where you live. These website terms do not require arbitration, impose a class-action waiver, or prevent a complaint to a regulator or a claim in a court with jurisdiction.
We may correct or update website content and these terms. Changes apply prospectively, with notice or consent where required, and do not retroactively remove an accrued right or alter an accepted service agreement. Contact us about a concern or the agreement applicable to your service.
